INSTRUKTORKI NARCIARSTWA-WYCHOWAWCĘ
na obozach sportowo-rekreacyjnych dla dzieci i młodzieży.
Obowiązki:
- prowadzenie zajęć na stoku
- obowiązki wychowawcze, m.in:
- dopilnowanie punktualnego przybycia grupy na posiłki,
- codzienne budzenie młodzieży,
- dopilnowanie i sprawdzenie zachowania porządku w pokojach,
- pilnowanie harmonogramu zajęć,
- dopilnowanie zachowania ciszy nocnej,
- przygotowanie, organizacja zajęć wieczornych,
- udział w zajęciach odbywających się poza stokiem
Wymagania:
- Uprawnienia instruktorskie/trenerskie zgodne z daną dziedziną (zapraszamy również osoby w trakcie specjalizacji instruktorskich/trenerskich)
- Uprawnienia wychowawcze
- Umiejętność pracy w zespole
- Chęć do pracy z dziećmi i młodzieżą
- Umiejętność koordynowania pracy w grupie
- Kreatywność
- Entuzjazm i dobry humor
- Dostępność w terminie 12-27.02.2011r.

| Due to dynamic development of one of our Clients, an international company located in Zabierzow, we are looking for candidate for the following position:
Team leader
The main purpose of the role include:
• Providing high level of Customer Service by dealing with different problems connected with CS e.g. client’s queries, possible complaints, changes, cancellations
• Managing the team in an effective way by ensuring that the highest level of customer service is achieved by all team members
• Coaching and mentoring customer care team
• Leading, developing and motivating the team in order to deliver outstanding customer service on every contact
Requirements:
• Master degree (desirable faculty: managing or tourism)
• Very good managerial skills – minimum 1 year experience in managing people
• Previous experience in Customer Service area
• Backgrounds in tourism and knowledge of CRS/GDS will be an asset
• Fluent English
• Fluent German
• Knowledge of Italian/Spanish/French will be an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive approach to challenge and goals
